Preaching

We believe that preaching is not done totally from the pulpit. For God's Word to have meaning and to be life changing, the total church must become involved in the preaching process. For it is in proclaiming God's Word, in both word and deed, that people are drawn to Christ by God's Holy Spirit.

Teaching

Most people are hesitant to surrender their lives to Jesus Christ as Lord and Personal Savior. We believe that too often the local church has failed to teach the extent of God's Grace, Love, Mercy, Forgiveness, and Freedom that is ours in Jesus Christ. The Prince of Peace Disciples begin to grasp a better understanding of God's Goodness, with the initial phase of teaching, through new disciple classes, and then it is continued through Church-in-Training. This is why the Christian Education component at the Prince of Peace Church is so vital and can never be compromised.

Praying

Our prayer is that each person uniting with The Prince of Peace Church will desire to become involved in seeking God's Kingdom and work to make it a reality, not just for themselves, but in helping others to see the reality of God's Saving Grace. We believe that corporate and individual prayer is essential to our spiritual maturity. Our one hour with God on Wednesdays is designed to allow disciples to develop their spiritual journey to The Glory of God.
